GRAND LAKE ELECTRIC / PRIVACY

A straight answer about your request information.

The service-request form collects only the information Grand Lake Electric needs to understand the job and decide the next step.

What the form collects

Your name, phone number, email, general property area, requested service, project details, timing preferences, contact preference, and any optional photos you choose to add.

How it is used

Grand Lake Electric uses the information to review the request, contact you, keep an internal service history, and confirm or change an appointment. A preferred day is not an appointment until the owner confirms an exact date and time.

Who can see it

Request details and photos are kept out of the public website and are available only through the protected Grand Lake Electric owner center. FlyHigh Systems may access the system only when needed to maintain or support the website for Grand Lake Electric.

Photos and messages

Photos are optional. Accepted images are processed into a standard website image before private storage. The form records how you would prefer the owner to reply. It does not send an automatic email or text receipt, and public service notices do not send automatic alerts. The owner manually reviews each request and contacts the customer directly.

While you are filling out the form, typed answers may be kept only in this browser tab so an ordinary refresh does not erase them. That temporary draft is removed after a successful submission or when the tab session ends. Photo files are never kept in that draft.

Retention, corrections, and deletion

Grand Lake Electric keeps request records for service follow-up and reasonable business-record needs. To ask about your information, correct a request, or request deletion where applicable, email gle@grandlakeelectric.netor call (970) 627-8215. Include the request reference when you have one.
